Inspection services prior to loading of crude oil and petrochemicals into rail tank cars are as follows:
  • Inspection of rail tank cars before loading for cleanliness and suitability to carry petrochemicals;
  • Witness control of weighbridge operations for rail tank cars;
  • Sealing of rail tank cars after loading;
  • Determination of cargo quantity in the rail tank cars on the basis of ullage measurements;
  • Sampling from the rail tank cars;
  • Analysis of withdrawn samples according to specifications that require supervision, in accordance with GOST / DSTU methods or international standards specified by the Client;
  • Continuous supervision of all cargo handling operations;
  • Review of the manufacturer’s certificates of quantity and quality, railway bills issued for the inspected lots of cargo;
  • Photos (digital or paper) reflecting condition of rail tank cars, cargo operations;
  • Detailed daily reports reflecting results of inspections performed;
  • Twenty-four-hour detailed reporting to the Client on any abnormal situations that may affect quality or quantity of cargo;
  • Issuance of international certificates as a result of the inspection performed.

  • Inspection of rail tank cars seals after transportation of petrochemicals.

  • Inspection of the vessel’s tanks before loading for cleanliness or presence of residues of previous petrochemicals and suitability to carry intended cargo;
  • Determination of cargo quantity in the vessel’s tanks on the basis of Ullage measurements;
  • Determination of cargo quantity in the shore tanks on the basis of Ullage measurements;
  • Representative sampling from the vessel’s tanks after loading on board the vessel, sampling from the shore tanks;
  • Analysis of withdrawn samples according to specifications that require supervision, in accordance with GOST, DSTU methods or international standards specified by the Client;
  • Continuous supervision of all cargo handling operations at the port;
  • Review of the manufacturer’s certificates of quantity and quality, railway bills, port acceptance acts issued for the inspected lots of cargo;
  • Photos (digital or paper) reflecting condition of vessel’s tanks;
  • Detailed daily reports on the results of inspections performed;
  • Twenty-four-hour detailed reporting to the Client on any abnormal situations that may affect quality or quantity of cargo;
  • Issuance of international certificates as a result of the inspection performed.

Inspection services relating to discharging operations from the vessel:
  • Determination of cargo quantity in the shore tanks on the basis of Ullage measurements;
  • Determination of cargo quantity in the vessel’s tanks on the basis of Ullage measurements;
  • Representative sampling from the vessel’s tanks before discharge from the vessel, sampling from the shore tanks;
  • Analysis of withdrawn samples according to specifications that require supervision, in accordance with GOST, DSTU methods or international standards specified by the Client;
  • Continuous supervision of discharging operations;
  • Detailed daily reports on the results of inspections performed;
  • Inspection of the vessel’s tanks after discharge for presence of residues of previous petrochemicals;
  • Twenty-four-hour detailed reporting to the Client on any abnormal situations that may affect quality or quantity of cargo;
  • Issuance of international certificates as a result of the inspection performed.
